Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all parents/guardians of children attending swimming lessons organised by AquaStars Swim & Training Academy regardless of the site in which they are attending. Please ensure you have read and understood all of the following and keep a copy for your own records, as by booking and attending swimming lessons organised by AquaStars Swim & Training Academy you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. AquaStars reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice to the customer
2. All parents/guardians, children and spectators attending site must adhere to the code of conduct as outlined on our website
3. Swimming lessons must be paid for by card payment; payment must be set up prior to attending your first swimming lesson
4. Swimming lessons are non-refundable and AquaStars are unable to offer catch up swimming lessons for those missed, including self-isolation reasons
5. Payment for swimming lessons is non-transferable between customers
6. AquaStars swimming lessons run quarterly throughout the year. Should this change, the parent/guardian will be advised in advance of any amendments made to the programme.
7. All swimming lessons will start/end promptly at the agreed start/finnish time. Lesson times will not be extended for participants who arrive late
8. It is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure personal details are kept up to date. AquaStars must be notified of any changes in home address, phone numbers, email address or the child’s medical details.
9. It is advisable for children aged 3+, to wear an AquaStars swimming cap for each swimming lesson
10. All award and shop orders must either be placed via AquaStars website, or via cash payment taken along to your swimming lesson
11. Children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18yrs and supervised from the spectating area throughout the whole lesson
12. Each quarter must be committed to on a term basis. Although cancellations are not permitted mid-quarter, there is no obligation to continue onto further quarters if you do not wish to re-enrol
13.Should the customer wish to change swimming lesson day and/or time, this can be done upon each new quarter. We are unfortunately, unable to accommodate changes mid quarter.

Half term T&C's
Swimming lessons run term time and follow Ladybridge High School holiday schedule throughout the year. Payment during half-terms will be debited as normal. Payment during August will be paused as swimming lessons will not run for the month of August
1. If AquaStars require the need to cancel any swimming lesson, a catch up lesson will be offered where possible at the discretion of AquaStars
2. Payments will be charged on the 1st of every month
3. If lessons are scheduled prior to the date of the first monthly payment being taken, a one-off payment will be requested by our online system, to cover the shortfall in swimming lessons attended. This payment must be made prior to attendance
4. The cost of the monthly payments will be as agreed between AquaStars and the customer upon initial booking
5. Your space on the AquaStars Swimming Lesson Programme will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of the monthly payment on the 1st of each month
6. Should payment fail, AquaStars reserves the right to remove the participant from the register with immediate effect
7. Your payments will continue to automatically roll over each month
8. If you wish to cancel your swimming lessons, this can be done via email at the end of each quarter. A minimum of 1 months notice must be given.
9. Any lessons unattended by the participant will not be refunded and catch up lessons will not be offered
10. Payments will continue to be taken until written notice has been given
11. Any refunds made by AquaStars to the customer will be the full amount minus a handling fee
12. AquaStars reserves the right to cancel or change the day & time of swimming lessons should it be deemed appropriate. i.e if there are insufficient participants booked on
13. If due to unforeseen circumstances AquaStars need to cancel lessons, i.e health & safety, weathering, staffing issues, we reserve the right to do so in order to ensure the safety of the swimmers can be maintained
14. The primary method of communication between AquaStars and customers will be email
15. Please take particular caution and care if your child has developed an infectious illness that could be passed onto others i.e. chicken pox. You may be asked to take your child home if you bring your child to their swimming lesson with such condition
16. Please ensure your child has been clear of any sickness bug causing vomiting or diarrhoea for at least 48 hours prior to attending their swimming lesson
17. Please ensure any child not yet potty-trained wears a swim nappy
